6zap Help and Tips

For the most part 6zap is intuitive, and is similar to desktop programs. You choose the module that you want to use: Email, Calendar or Contacts, and each module has its own help page.

Tips

While most of things in 6zap are intuitive, here are some tips about some of the features that are helpful but not so obvious.

• Drag and drop an email message from the list to the folder you want to move it to.
• Right click on a message to see a context menu with an array of operations that you can perform on this message including delete, flag, forward, move to folder, etc.
• Right click on a folder to rename it, empty it, create a sub-folder and more.
• Drag and drop in the calendar to create an event: Click on the start time, drag on an end time and you're prompted to create an event.
• Drag and drop in month view: Drag and drop in month view to create a multi-day event. You can also drag and drop single or multi-day events in month view.
